The 9520-9524 electrified hinges are fully mortised in the hinge stile and are concealed when the door is closed for tamper resistance. The hinges consist of a five-knuckle ball bearing with 6-conductors (4 @ 22guage, 2 @ 18 gauge) included. The electrified hinges are made of steel and are standard weight.
